A Windsor native, he proudly traces his roots to the Underground Railroad’s John Freeman Walls family. With a diploma in Not-for-Profit Management from St. Clair College, he has been a dedicated community leader since 1993, fostering a positive environment for youth and families. Serving as a Windsor City Councillor for four years, he has received numerous community accolades for his commitment to environmental causes, education, and community development. As a resident, he remains devoted to building a healthy, positive environment for local youth and families, emphasizing the importance of community collaboration in preserving historical heritage.
