Lasean M.G. Hardy has been working as an Anesthesiologist for almost 20 years. Personally, she is a native of Chatham, Ontario Canada, and migrated to the Detroit metropolitan area at a very young age. While serving as Medical Director, Lasean served as chairperson of Project Healthy Living for 5 years in conjunction with the World Health Organization and WXYZ Channel 7 news. She has been recognized for many awards including the Michigan Chronicle Women of Excellence Award in 2014.

Lasean is a proud charter member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Psi Delta Omega chapter in Ontario. She has served in many leadership roles within the chapter and is currently appointed to a regional position within the sorority. She is blessed with an amazing husband, Eric Hardy, who is CEO of w3r Consulting and has twin daughters who both attend the University of Michigan.
