Silvia Martens has 27-plus years of Human Resources experience with 25 of those years working for a global consulting company. During this time, she led the HR Recruiting Operations team, headed up the Records Management team, and later took on an International Transfer Lead position. This is just to name a few HR roles within the company. Recently, she has outsourced her HR skills by drafting and developing HR processes, policies, and procedures for a non-profit organization.

Throughout her career, she has learned to adapt and execute her duties in the ever-changing world of technology, HR laws, and most importantly, working with people from various backgrounds and at various corporate levels. This kept her focused and organized. She has compassion for people and the ability to meet their needs in various circumstances.

Silvia and her husband, John, currently live in Chatham. In her spare time, she likes to do renovations, try new recipes, bake, and read.
